Kyrgyz Parliament approves new government and new PM

Bishkek, June 17, 2020. /Kabar/. Today, June 17 the Jogorku Kenesh (Kyrgyz Parliament) has approved Kubatbek Boronov as prime minister of Kyrgyzstan.

Also, deputies approved the Government's program, structure and Cabinet of Ministers. 105 deputies voted for Boronov's candidacy, 2 voted against.

On June 15, Kyrgyzstan’s PM Mukhammedkalyi Abylgaziev resigned.

The following day, June 16 President Sooronbay Jeenbekov accepted his resignation.
