Bishkek, Oct 5, 2022 / Kabar /. Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh Talant Mamytov resigned. He stated this today at a meeting of the parliament.
“I have decided to step down as Speaker at my own free will. This is my personal decision,” he said.
