Kyrgyz parliamentary delegation led by speaker takes part in plenary meeting of PA CSTO

Bishkek, Oct. 30, 2018 / Kabar /. A delegation of the Kyrgyz Parliament headed by Speaker Dastanbek Dzhumabekov took part in the 11th plenary meeting of the CSTO (Collective Security Treaty Organization) Parliamentary Assembly, which took place on Oct. 30 in Moscow.

During the plenary session, the draft model laws “On ensuring national security”, “On security of critical facilities” and “On information confrontation against terrorism and extremism” were considered.

They also discussed draft recommendations on improving the legislation of the CSTO member states in the field of protection of rights to the results of intellectual activity and in the part concerning the recognition of organizations as terrorist.

At the same time, the participants reviewed the draft Concept of normative legal regulation of ensuring the security of important socio-political, sporting and other events of the international level in the CSTO member states.
