Bishkek, Aug. 23, 2024 /Kabar/. The Kyrgyz pavilion opened in the 14th Kashgar Central and South Asia Commodity Fair in China’s Xinjiang.
This pavilion is a modern shopping space where one can find a variety of goods from traditional handicrafts to food products.
It serves not only as a trading platform, but also as a cultural center where visitors can learn more about the rich heritage of Kyrgyzstan, its traditions and art.
The national pavilion of Kyrgyzstan presented domestic products: honey, nitro drinks, teas, sweets and national clothes.
"This strategic placement helps Kyrgyz entrepreneurs expand their markets and establish new business contacts in Kashgar, which is an important trade hub in the region," said Sulumbek Baatyrzhanov, CEO of Royal Gold LLC.
The goal of the fair is to create an export-oriented economic strategic platform aimed at Central and South Asia, continuously expand and deepen economic and trade ties, and comprehensively increase the level of openness of Kashgar and the entire Xinjiang.
