Bishkek, Sept. 11, 2018. / Kabar /. The "Commodity Service" cooperative will begin deliveries of the Kyrgyz plum to India, head of the cooperative Mavlyuda Narbaeva told during the forum for the development of cooperatives in Central Asia.
Their co-operative was founded in 2016 in the village of Uzar Ala-Buka district.
She noted that the cooperative "Commodity Service" now has 800 hectares of plum trees.
"Previously, we did not appreciate plum trees. Now we began to look after them, as it should be on a separate site. Our cooperative does not use chemical fertilizers, we use only organic fertilizers. We signed a contract with a network of hypermarkets "Frunze". We also signed an agreement with the Indian side on the delivery of our products. Soon we will start supplying plum to India," Narbaeva said.
