Bishkek, Aug. 21, 2020 / Kabar /. Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Kubatbek Boronov, as part of his working trip to Issyk-Kul Oblast, got acquainted with the construction and reconstruction of internal roads, the government’s press service reported.
In total, major repairs of roads with a total length of 15 km is undergoing in the region. The head of government inspected the work on asphalting of two streets with a total length of 3 km in the village of Bokonbaevo.
“According to the instruction of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic on the development of regions, at least three kilometers of roads are repaired in regional centers per year at the expense of the republican budget. When paving roads, special attention should be paid to quality,” said Kubatbek Boronov.
Then the prime minister got acquainted with the project to provide drinking water and the construction of wastewater treatment facilities in some villages of Bokonbaevo, Kadzhi-Sai and Kyzyl-Tuu.
In these villages, it is planned to replace old pipes of the system for providing clean water, as well as install new pipes where there was no system with clean drinking water before.
