Kyrgyz PM increases staff of Ombudsman's Office in order to improve efficiency

Bishkek, Mar.12, 2020. /Kabar/. Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Mukhammedkalyi Abylgaziev made amendments to the decree "On the maximum number of employees of ministries, administrative agencies and other state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic.”

According to the document, in order to improve the effectiveness of the Office of Akyikatchy (Ombudsman), in accordance with Articles 10 and 17 of the Constitutional Law "On the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic ", the Government of decides:

1. To make the following amendment to the Government Resolution "On the maximum number of employees of ministries, administrative agencies and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic”

- in Annex 2 to the abovementioned Resolution:

replace "79" by "91" in paragraph 4

2. To recommend Akyikatchy (Ombudsman) of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring its decisions in accordance with the present Resolution.

3. The present Resolution shall enter into force upon expiration of seven days from the date of official publication.
