Bishkek, April 24 / Kabar /. Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev became acquanited with the progress of the Balykchy-Cholpon-Ata-Corumdu highway reconstruction, the Kyrgyz President’s press service reported.
During the familiarization, Minister of Transport and Roads of Kyrgyzstan Zhamshutbek Kalilov reported on the construction work.
President Atambayev emphasized that, taking into account the funds required to continue the reconstruction of the highway, road builders must ensure the quality of all construction works and finish them in time.
The President stressed that it is necessary to improve the infrastructure of the Balykchy-Corumdu highway so that it meets all the requirements, was safe and convenient for tourists and residents of towns and villages along it.
