Bishkek, Oct. 11, 2021. / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov sent condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin in connection with the human casualties of the civilian plane crash.
"It is with deep sorrow that I received the sad news of human casualties as a result of a plane crash in the Menzelinskiy district of the Republic of Tatarstan of Russia.
On behalf of the people of Kyrgyzstan and on my own behalf, I express my deep condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims and wish a speedy recovery to all those injured in this tragedy," the telegram of the Kyrgyz leader runs.
