Kyrgyz president hands over keys of new apartments to employees of national security agencies

Bishkek, Aug. 24, 2022. / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov handed over the keys of the apartments to employees of the national security agencies in Bishkek, the press service of the head of state reported.

Speaking at the ceremony of handing over the keys, the president noted that the national security agencies play a big role in establishing law and order, ensuring security in the state and the peaceful life of citizens.

“You are at the forefront of the fight against terrorism, extremism and the preservation of the country's territorial integrity. You are also responsible for strengthening stability and law and order in society, fighting corruption and crime. These are complex tasks that require a new approach, modern knowledge and sincere dedication,” Sadyr Zhaparov emphasized.

The president emphasized that the challenges and threats of modernity, changes taking place in the world, require great responsibility and professionalism from the security officers.

“In such a situation, special requirements are imposed on employees of the special services in ensuring the security of the country, and confidence is increased. Timely resolution of social issues of the servicemen will increase their and the younger generation's desire to protect the Motherland,” the head of state said.

Sadyr Zhaparov noted that the state will continue to make consistent efforts to implement a program to provide housing for military personnel.

The head of state also spoke about plans to provide preferential housing for teachers and doctors.

He noted that the state will continue to pay close attention to providing preferential housing for teachers and medical workers, recalling that the improved mortgage program has been operating for about a year, within which there is a corresponding opportunity.

Sadyr Zhaparov inspected the apartments of the new house and once again congratulated the employees of the national security bodies on the housewarming, wishing them good health, success in their work and selfless service for the good of the Motherland.

The residential building is designed for 306 families. This kind of apartment building was put into operation for the employees of the national security agencies for the first time. It was built in just 1.5 years. The cost of one square meter was 300 US dollars.
