Chong Sary-Oi, July 21 / Kabar /. Official opening of the Altai Nomadic exposition took place today in the territory of the Kurmanjan Datka Center for nomadic civilization in the village of Chong Sary-Oi, Issyk-Kul oblast.
The opening ceremony was attended by heads of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev, Bashkiria - Rustem Khamitov, Tatarstan - Rustam Minnikhanov.
The exposition was developed within the framework of the forum "Altai civilization and related peoples of the Altaic language family".
The exposition is located in the museum building and will be devoted to the events of the life of the Altai nomadic culture - the culture of everyday life. The exhibition exposed more than 500 exhibits. Guests of the museum can get acquainted with the best exhibits and installations of a number of museums in the country.
In addition, in the territory of the center it is planned to place a living museum in the form of a nomad of 30 yurts to demonstrate the way of life of the representatives of the Altai peoples (Kyrgyz, Kazakhs, Tatars, Bashkirs, Uighurs, etc.) in the nomadic national traditions.
Also at the opening, each people of the Altai family presented musical and dance shows, special cultural and ethnographic programs and master classes of the Altai civilization.
The heads of state inspected the exhibits in the museum and yurts presented by the Altai peoples.
The forum "Altai civilization and related peoples of the Altai family" was opened on Thursday in Bishkek and will last until July 23. The forum will be continued on July 21-22 in Issyk-Kul.
Representatives of more than 20 nations from 12 countries take part in the event.
