Kyrgyz President ratifies agreement with Saudi Development Fund for construction of public schools

Bishkek, July 29 / Kabar /. Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev signed the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Ratification of the Credit Agreement between Kyrgyzstan and the Saudi Development Fund for the Construction of Public Schools, signed May 17, 2017 in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia," the President's press service reported.

The law was adopted in the Jogorku Kenesh on June 22, 2017.

The aim of the project is to develop the educational sector and ensure the country's needs for educational services, as well as to meet the growing number of students by building and equipping several schools in different regions of the country by construction of 16 schools in different regions of the country and equip them.

The abovementioned credit agreement provides for the solution of priority tasks for the development of the educational sector and the provision of the country's need for educational services.

The law enters into force ten days after the day of its official publication.
