Bishkek, Jan.28, 2020. /Kabar/. President Sooronbay Jeenbekov has signed on Tuesday decision of the meeting of Kyrgyzstan’s Security Council, his press service said.
The Security Council’s meeting held on Jan.24 this year reviewed the implementation of the Council’s decisions, adopted at its meetings in 2018-2019 and proposals to the list of strategic objects of the country.
At the end of the meeting, a draft decision was adopted, which was finalized taking into account the proposals and comments made by members of the Kyrgyz Security Council.
Today, Jan. 28, President Sooronbay Jeenbekov has signed the decision of the Security Council “On implementation of the decisions of the Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic”.
The Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic consists of the President - Chairman of the Council, parliament speaker, prime minister, head of the President’s Office, chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, deputy PM, chairman of the Committee of the Jogorku Kenesh (Kyrgyz Parliament) in charge of defense and security issues, the Security Council’s secretary, prosecutor general, Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Finance, Internal Affairs, Emergency Situations, Chairmen of the State Border Service and State Committee for National Security.
