Kyrgyz Prime Minister and Head of IMF discuss prospects of cooperation

Bishkek, Feb. 12, 2018 / Kabar /. Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Sapar Isakov in the framework of the 6th World Summit of Governments met in Dubai with Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Christine Madeleine Odette Lagarde, the press service of the Kyrgyz Government reported.

Isakov and Lagarde discussed the condition and prospects of cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and the IMF, the economic situation and the course of reforms currently being implemented in the country.

Lagarde stressed that for more than 20 years of cooperation with the Kyrgyz Republic many joint important projects have been implemented and the financial institution represented by the IMF is open to dialogue and continue mutually beneficial cooperation.
