Kyrgyz prime minister attends opening of World Economic Forum in Davos

Bishkek, Jan. 23, 2018 / Kabar /. Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Sapar Isakov took part in the opening of the 48th session of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos (Switzerland), the press service of the Kyrgyz Government reported.

Welcoming speech on the occasion of the opening of the event was made by WEF Executive Chairman Klaus Schwab.

Today, Jan. 23, as part of the economic forum, the Kyrgyz prime minister will take part in five sessions. In addition, a number of bilateral meetings are planned with senior executive vice president of Columbia University Gerald M. Rosberg, State Minister for Foreign Affairs of India Mushabar Javad Akbar, Prime Minister of Georgia Georgi Kvirikashvili, as well as the heads of several major international companies.

In addition, as part of the reception of heads of delegations, Sapar Isakov is expected to meet with Swiss President Alain Berse.
