Kyrgyz speaker takes part in inauguration ceremony of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi

Bishkek, Aug. 7, 2021. / Kabar /. The Kyrgyz delegation headed by Speaker of the Parliament Talant Mamytov took part in the inauguration ceremony of the new Iranian president in Tehran on Aug. 5.

The press service of the parliament said that the inauguration took place in the building of the Mejlis of the Islamic Council (Parliament) of Iran in the presence of 265 invited guests from 115 countries, including ambassadors and representatives of the diplomatic corps, parliamentarians, representatives of the judiciary and other officials.

The ceremony was opened by chairman of the Mejlis of the Islamic Council of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mohammad Bagher Galibaf.

Then Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi took the oath. In his inaugural speech, he spoke about his plans in domestic and foreign policy, and also expressed gratitude to all the participants in the inauguration.
