Bishkek, Feb. 26, 2024. /Kabar/. An athlete from Kyrgyzstan Denis Petrashov won silver in the student league in the USA - ACC Championship, the Aquatics Association of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
Petrashov, representing the University of Louisville, took 2nd place in the 200-meter breaststroke with a time of 1 minute 50.81 seconds and brought his team 28 points.
The Atlantic Coast Conference is a college league in the United States that is part of the NCAA Division I. The conference currently consists of 15 varsity teams competing in 25 sports. It is one of the six strongest conferences in American college sports.
The swimming competition took place from February 20 to 25 in Greensboro (North Carolina).
