Bishkek, Feb. 27, 2019. / Kabar /. Kyrgyz delegation led by Deputy Chairman of the State Migration Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic Toktobolotov visited Ankara.
The visit took place with the assistance of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Turkey.
The delegation included representatives of the State Migration Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Criminal Police Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
The Kyrgyz side held talks with the Turkish delegation led by General Director of the General Directorate of the International Labor Force of the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services, Saadettin Akyil and the General Director of the General Directorate of the Migration Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Abdullah Ayaz.
During the talks, the sides discussed the issues of cooperation in the field of migration policy, prevention of unregulated migration, smuggling of migrants, and human trafficking. An exchange of views and information was held on the legislation in force in the two countries, which regulates the procedure for the stay and employment of foreign citizens.
