Bishkek, June 6, 2020 / Kabar /. The Kyrgyz-Turkish Friendship Hospital has started accepting patients with coronavirus, Deputy Minister of Health of Kyrgyzstan Nurbolot Usenbaev told a news briefing on Saturday.
He said that the medical institution began to accept patients with moderate forms.
“Designed for 72 beds, 12 of them are intensive care units. Cardiologists, pulmonologists, resuscitators are involved there. A total of 35 medical workers are involved. The hospital is new, equipped with everything necessary,” he added.
The Kyrgyz-Turkish Friendship Hospital was transferred to Kyrgyzstan by the Turkish side for temporary use to combat the COVID-19 epidemic.
