Osh, Dec. 21, 2020 / Kabar /. The domestic machine-building company "Kyrgyz Unaa Kurulush" plans to produce up to 30 ambulances per month, director of this plant Abdymanap Kudaiberdiev told.
The plant has already received orders for 10 ambulances from citizens of Kyrgyzstan. The cost of one ambulance is USD 56 thousand. All parts of the car were produced at the plant, only the frame was taken from abroad. The machines will have ventilators, all parts and components are produced at the plant. The plant has the ability to assemble 1 ambulance per day, the company plans to assemble 30 ambulances per month, he said.
In March 2020, the opening of the first machine building plant in Kyrgyzstan took place in Osh. The plant produces hydro turbines, various types of generators, and in the future it is planned to organize the assembly of electric vehicles and 35-seat electric buses. Currently, the company cooperates with companies from India and Germany, and negotiations are underway on cooperation with the Japanese company Nissan for the production of electric vehicles.
