Kyrgyz-Uzbek cooperation in law and justice sphere discussed in Tashkent

Tashkent, May 14, 2022 / Kabar /. Deputy Minister of Justice of Kyrgyzstan Orozbek Sydykov and Deputy Minister of Justice of Uzbekistan Alisher Karimov discussed the state and prospects for development of cooperation between the two countries in the field of law and justice, the public relations department of the Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan said.

At the beginning of the meeting, Deputy Minister Karimov acquainted the guest with the activities of the ministry, innovations in its system, in particular, with the accelerated reforms carried out by the ministry in the field of coordination of public and legal services, gave detailed information on the ongoing work to improve the notaries and digitize the sphere.

Sydykov highly appreciated the ongoing reforms in the field of notaries and public services and expressed interest in a deeper study of the experience of Uzbekistan in these areas.

During the meeting, the Kyrgyz guest got acquainted with the ongoing work to improve the legal culture and literacy of the population, innovative approaches in this direction, as well as the activities of the media center of the ministry, the report said.

Sydykov arrived in Tashkent to participate in an international conference "Modernization of public administration and respect for the principles of the rule of law", which was held on May 12-13.
