Bishkek, June 3, 2020 / Kabar /. Ensuring the speedy entry of foreign specialists into Kyrgyzstan will allow the resumption of many investment projects, .Vice Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Erkin Asrandiev told at a meeting of the republican headquarters on the implementation of economic measures aimed at minimizing the effects of external shocks and stimulating economic development.
“Due to the epidemiological situation around the world, restrictions have been introduced on the movement of foreign citizens. And many experts could not return to the country where they worked. The same situation has occurred in Kyrgyzstan. Now many projects are in stagnation, and their renewal is very important for us. And it is our interest that foreign experts return to our country and continue their work,” said the vice prime minister.
Thus, in the framework of the implementation of the bilateral agreement with the People's Republic of China on the construction of an alternative North-South highway, foreign specialists are expected to arrive in Bishkek in June by charter flights.
It should be noted that the admission of foreign specialists to the above flights will be carried out strictly following the results of a check for the coronavirus infection. That is, all passengers of these flights will be placed uner observation and examined in accordance with the algorithm of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic.
