Kyrgyz yurt erected in Sahara

Bishkek, March 1 / Kabar /. Sheikh Said Bayoumi installed the second Kyrgyz yurt in the Arab world with 300 million population in honor of the Kyrgyz culture, chairman of Kyrgyz Club in Qatar Azamat Karymshakov told.

The first yurt was erected in the city of Doha, Qatar, and the second yurt in the city Zhidda in Saudi Arabia under the leadership of Sheikh Abdullah Yahya Hassan.

Karymshakov said that Arabs were surprised by the exterior design and architecture of the yurt, and particularly the climate impact, which is cool in summer and warm in winter. "When they enter the inside, they are very surprised. Especially, when you open tyunduk ( roof) they like the look from there," he said.

Said Bayoumi said that he plans to build yurtas in other Arab countries such as Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, the United Arab Emirates in order to strengthen and become familiar with the Kyrgyz culture.

Said Bayoumi is the Kyrgyz citizen and heads the World International Youth Assembly.
