Bishkek, Aug.7, 2019. /Kabar/. Kyrgyz President Sooronbay Jeenbekov signed the Law “On Ratification of the Loan Agreement between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Asian Development Bank on the Enhancing the Resilience of Water Resources to Climate Change and Natural Disasters project and the Grant Agreement on the same project, signed on Dec.31, 2018 in Bishkek, his press service said.
The Law was adopted by the Parliament on June 27, 2019.
In accordance with this Law, the Ministry of Finance is required to notify the ADB about Kyrgyzstan's fulfilment of domestic procedures, necessary for the entry into force of the above agreements in accordance with the established procedure.
The Law comes into force after 10 days from the date of official publication.
