Kyrgyzstan adds 297 new COVID-19 cases

Bishkek, Dec. 13 / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan added on Sunday 297 new COVID-19 cases.

The Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said that the country conducted 2,544 coronavirus tests over the past day, 297 of which came back positive.

The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Kyrgyzstan reached 77,356 since the first case was registered in the country on March 18.

Among the new cases 4 are medical workers, raising the total number of contracted medical workers to 4,034, including 3,761 recoveries.

A total of 70,192 patients have recovered, including 398 new recoveries, while 1,307 have died.

Currently, 2,086 patients are receiving treatment in hospitals, while 2,898 are being treated at home.
