Bishkek, Nov. 28, 2020 / Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan added on Saturday 423 new COVID-19 cases raising the tally of infections to 71,971.
The Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said that the new cases were discovered out of 3,388 COVID-19 medical tests that were conducted in the country during the last 24 hours.
The new cases included 130 in the capital city Bishkek, 102 cases in Chui Oblast, and the rest of cases were detected in other regions.
Among the new cases 14 are medical workers, bringing the total number of contracted medical workers to 3,879,including 3,587 recoveries.
The headquarters also reported 461 more recoveries and six more deaths, bringing the total recoveries to 63,407 and the death toll to 1,262.
A total of 2,869 patients are being treated in hospitals, 109 of them in intensive care, while 3,662 patients are receiving treatment at home.
