Kyrgyzstan adopts National Development Program until 2026

Bishkek, Oct. 14. 2021. / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov signed a decree "On the National Development Program of the Kyrgyz Republic until 2026," the press service of the head of state reported.

In connection with the adoption of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic at the referendum on April 11, 2021 and the change in the socio-economic situation in the country, guided by Articles 66 and 71 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, it is decided to approve the National Development Program of the Kyrgyz Republic until 2026.

The Cabinet of Ministers of the country is entrusted to develop and adopt an Action Plan for the implementation of the National Development Program of the Kyrgyz Republic until 2026; - update the investment projects specified in the National Development Strategy of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2018–2040; take appropriate measures arising from this Decree.

The Parliament, the judiciary, local self-government bodies are recommended to coordinate their strategic documents (concepts, strategies, programs) and action plans with the National Development Program of the Kyrgyz Republic until 2026.
