Kyrgyzstan allocates 30 seats in its universities for ethnic Kyrgyz from Uzbekistan

Tashkent, July 28, 2022. /Kabar/. The Ministry of Education and Science of Kyrgyzstan for 2022-2023 academic year allocated 30 budgetary seats for ethnic Kyrgyz living in Uzbekistan to study at universities of Kyrgyzstan, Kabar News Agency has learnt from the press service of the Kyrgyz Embassy in Tashkent.

Admission of applications for admission to universities in the Kyrgyz Republic within the allocated quotas will be held from July 27 to Aug. 19, 2022 in the online system http://student.edu.gov.kg/, section of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In 2003, President of Kyrgyzstan and Kyrgyz Government adopted a decree and resolutions "On measures to support education and national culture to compatriots living in foreign countries”.
