Bishkek, Jan. 27, 2024. /Kabar/. Deputy Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry Mail Aliyaskarov visited Afghanistan to strengthen trade and economic cooperation.
During the visit, the deputy minister met with senior representatives of the Afghan government. Bilateral negotiations were held with First Deputy Prime Minister of Afghanistan Abdul Ghani Baradar and acting Afghan Minister of Trade and Industry Nuruddin Azizi.
Issues related to the expansion of economic and trade relations, as well as joint investment projects, were discussed.
Particular attention is paid to meetings with representatives of the business community in the field of processing industry and agriculture.
Deputy Minister Aliyaskarov presented the potential of the Kyrgyz economy and invited Afghan entrepreneurs to cooperate in various fields, including agriculture, food industry and agricultural processing.
This visit is an important step in developing long-term cooperation between the two countries, helping to strengthen friendly relations and create a favorable environment for the development of business and trade.
