Bishkek, April 6 / Kabar /. Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic, Major General Raimberdi Duishenbiev met today in Bishkek with Commander of the National Center for Defense and Crisis Management of the State of Qatar, General Jassim Ahmad Al-Mohanadi.
During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the establishment of cooperation in military and military-technical fields between the two countries, the press service of the General Staff of Kyrgyzstan reported.
The sides discussed the priority areas of cooperation, including cooperation in the field of crisis management, combating international crime, exchange of experience in the military sphere, as well as military and technical cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Qatar. The Commander of the National Center for Defense and Crisis Management of the State of Qatar expressed gratitude for the warm welcome and organization of the visit. He stressed the interest of the Qatari side in cooperation with the Kyrgyz Republic, including in the military and security spheres.
