Bishkek, Dec. 7, 2018. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan and Russia signed indicative balances for duty-free deliveries of petroleum products for 2019, the press service of the State Committee for Industry, Energy and Subsoil Use of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
As reported, on December 6, 2018, a meeting between Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Industry, Energy and Subsoil Use of the Kyrgyz Republic Jyrgalbek Sagynbayev and Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Pavel Sorokin took place in Moscow.
During the meeting, issues of coordination of volumes and nomenclature of domestic consumption in the Kyrgyz Republic of oil and petroleum products for 2018-2019 were discussed.
Following the meeting, indicative balances for duty-free deliveries of crude oil, motor gasoline, diesel fuel and jet fuel for 2019 were signed.
Earlier, the Association of Oil Traders of the Kyrgyz Republic disseminated information about the delay in signing an indicative balance and the potential risks of stopping duty-free deliveries of oil products from the Russian Federation from January 1, 2019.
