The issues of further development of interregional mutual tourist flows were discussed at a meeting of representatives of the Consulate General of Uzbekistan with the head of the local company “Munduz Tourist” Umarzhon Yosiddinov in the city of Osh, Dunyo News Agency of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan reported.
Particular attention was paid to increasing the flow of tourists visiting Uzbekistan by establishing active cooperation with travel companies in Kyrgyzstan and organizing a tourism and trade fair.
As a result of the meeting, agreements were reached to continue the dialogue on establishing cooperation between tourism companies in border regions, increasing mutual tourist flow and promoting the tourism potential of the two countries.
Munduz Tourist company has bilateral agreements with approximately 500 travel companies and media in more than 100 countries. It works closely with the CIS countries, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. The main activity of the company is aimed at developing ethno-tourism in the country.
