Bishkek, April 11, 2023. / Kabar/. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov signed a Decree according to which the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Ukraine Idris Kadyrkulov was appointed Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Moldova, the Republic of Bulgaria and Romania concurrently with the residence in the city of Kiev.
