Bishkek, Aug. 6, 2024 . / Kabar / . Kubanychbek Bokontaev has been appointed Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Russia.
The corresponding order was signed by President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov.
Prior to this appointment, Bokontaev, 55, was Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.
He headed the National Bank for almost three years - since Sept. 29, 2021.
