Bishkek, Feb. 22, 2021 / Kabar /. Gulnara-Klara Samat has been appointed ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Russian Federation.
The president's press service said that the relevant decree was signed by President Sadyr Zhaparov.
Samat will replace Alikbek Dzhekshenkulov in this post, who served as an ambassador to Russia since 2019.
