Bishkek, Apr. 23, 2019 / Kabar /. Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Mukhammedkalyi Abylgaziev signed an order on appointing Kanybek Botobaev a Special Representative of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic for border issues with the rank of First Deputy Head of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Government’s press service reported.
