Bishkek, May 5, 2020. /Kabar/. A scheme and a step-by-step algorithm of cooperation between state bodies of Kyrgyzstan on coordinating the entry of foreign specialists into the Kyrgyz Republic within the established quotas for labor migration for 2020 have been approved.
The relevant decision was taken at a meeting of the Republican Headquarters for the implementation of economic measures, aimed at minimizing the impact of external shocks and promoting economic development, the Government’s press service reported.
"There are two parallels. On the one hand, we ourselves are interested in foreign specialists coming and starting important work for us. On the other hand, we must prevent the virus from re-entering the country. That is why it is important to work out every step of interaction of state bodies in this issue", Deputy PM Erkin Asrandiyev said.
As of today, relevant state bodies have received 203 applications in the sphere of industry, 3 in agriculture and 469 in the sphere of road construction.
The necessary documents are being collected with the help of which foreign citizens will be able to get visa for labor activity in the Kyrgyz Republic according to the established quotas for labor migration for 2020.
