Bishkek, Sept. 26, 2023. /Kabar/. Judoka from Kyrgyzstan Erlan Sherov won a gold medal at the Asian Games held in Hangzhou, China, The National Olympic Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
Erlan Sherov in the final match in the weight category up to 90 kg met with judoka from Uzbekistan Davlat Bobonov and won a landslide victory.
Thus, he became the champion of the Asian Games and brought the first gold medal to Kyrgyzstan at the Asian Games.
