Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan sign agreement in migration sphere

Bishkek, April 24, 2024. / Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan today signed an agreement in the field of migration.

According to the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic, the document is aimed at developing cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan in the field of migration, regulating migration processes on the territory of both states.

This step is intended to strengthen interaction between authorized bodies in the field of migration and create favorable conditions for a wide and free mutual exchange of information in the field of external labor migration.

An agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the government of the Azerbaijan Republic on cooperation in the field of migration was signed by Minister Gulnara Baatyrova and head of the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan Vusal Afgan oglu - Huseynov.
