Bishkek, Mar.17, 2020. /Kabar/. The Republican Headquarters for Prevention Import and Further Spread of Coronavirus in the Kyrgyz Republic proposed to limit all mass events and family celebrations (toi) for three weeks, Deputy PM Altynai Omurbekova said at the briefing.

She added restrictions should be introduced in the work of all entertainment, game and other organizations with over than 50 seats.

According to Omurbekova, all family, collective and other activities should be limited.

"Of course, we cannot close down markets, shops and pharmacies, but we have advised heads of these centers and organizations to train their employees to wear masks, gloves and other protective equipment. These are their responsibilities.

Some malls also limit the number of visitors. This is very good because citizens should keep a one-meter distance," Omurbekova said.
