Kyrgyzstan brings back its nationals from Russia

Bishkek, Aug. 28, 2020 /Kabar/. Yesterday, Aug. 27 a plane of the Avia Traffic Company following the Saint Petersburg – Bishkek route landed in Kyrgyzstan.

152 citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, including young children have been returned to the homeland, the press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry reported.

This flight was performed as part of implementation of agreements, reached by the Kyrgyz, Russian Foreign Ministries in accordance with the instruction of President and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic as part of the ongoing work on the return of Kyrgyz citizens, located in foreign countries because of temporary closure of borders and the suspension of international passenger air traffic due to the spread of coronavirus pandemic in the world.

The list of passengers for this flight was formed by the commission at the Operational Headquarters of Kyrgyzstanis Interaction, living in St. Petersburg on the basis of personal requests of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Work on the return of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, located abroad and willing to return to their homeland, continues.
