Bishkek, Nov. 23, 2018. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan is carrying out tremendous work in supporting higher education institutions, representative of the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating Guliyash Niyazova told at a forum on “Quality of Higher Education”.
She considers that the education program of universities in Kyrgyzstan is not inferior to the European system.
“In fact, as practice and our external assessment show, Kyrgyz universities are competitive. The trend is focused on the student who will be in demand not only in the domestic labor market, but also in the international one. To date, two Kyrgyz universities have obtained accreditation: Osh State University and Osh Technological University. And as their assessment shows, they are not inferior to the modern system of internal quality assurance, and it should be noted that these universities have a high-level education system,” Niyazova said.
She noted that at this time work on the accreditation of other national and state universities of Kyrgyzstan is undeway.
