Bishkek, Dec. 24, 2021. / Kabar /. Period of validity of a foreign passport for a child of 0-1 years old is executed for 2 years, and from 1 to 16 years old - for 5 years, the press service of the Ministry of Digital Development of Kyrgyzstan said Friday.
Earlier, the general passport for a child under 16 was made out for 3 years.
To apply for a general civil passport for a child under the age of 16, it is necessary to apply to the nearest Public Service Center or passport department and submit a certain list of documents established by the State Registration Service of the republic.
"An obligatory condition for registration of a passport of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic of the 2020 sample is registration of the applicant's address in the automated information system or information about consular registration or a stamp in a passport about consular registration", the report said.
