Bishkek, April 21, 2022. / Kabar /. Temporary COVID-19 vaccination points in shopping malls have been closed in Kyrgyzstan, the Republican Center for Health Promotion said Thursday.
It is still possible to get vaccinated in all family medicine centers. They have been equipped with specialized cold equipment for storing vaccines.
The deployment of vaccination centers has been revised in order to rationalize the use of health care resources and due to the improvement of the epidemiological situation.
Kyrgyzstan started the vaccination campaign on March 29, 2021. The country is inoculating its citizens with Sinopharm, Sputnik-V, Sputnik-Light, Astra Zeneca, Pfizer and Moderna vaccines.
As of April 21, the country's tally of coronavirus cases has reached 200,982, along with 196,360 recoveries and 2,991 deaths.
