Bishkek, Jan. 15, 2025. / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan commissioned a record number of housing in 2024.
According data of the State Construction and Architecture Agency, the construction sector grew by 137% in 2024, commissioning 2 million 27 thousand square meters of housing. And with 31.1%, it took first place among EAEU countries (Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia).
The construction of 230 social facilities was completed at the expense of the republican budget, the general plan of 131 settlements was completed.
New mortgage houses, a stadium, and bus stations were built.
