Kyrgyzstan confirms 151 new COVID-19 cases

Bishkek, April 9, 2021. / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan confirmed on Friday 151 new COVID-19 cases, raising the total tally of infections to 89,811, the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said.

112 recoveries were reported over the past day, taking the national count amounted to 85,719.

The virus-related deaths remained at 1,516, as no new deaths were reported over the past day, the headquarters said.

Currently, 766 patients with COVID-19 are being treated in hospitals, including 28 in intensive care units, while another 849 patients are receiving treatment at home.

A total of 5,059 lab tests were conducted in the country over the past day.
