Kyrgyzstan confirms 162 new COVID-19 cases

Bishkek, April 2, 2021 / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan reported 162 new COVID-19 cases on Friday, raising the total tally of infections to 88,700, according to data of the country's Health Ministry.

The most of the cases are registered in Bishkek city -112 cases.

82 more recoveries were logged during the past 24 hours, taking the national count to 84,979.

The death toll from COVID-19 in the country stands at 1,500.

704 patients are being treated in hospitals throughout the country and 564 patients receiving treatment at home.

A total of 4,334 lab tests were conducted in the country over the past day.
