Bishkek, Dec. 1, 2020. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan’s tally of coronavirus infections has climbed to 73,178 after 371 fresh cases throughout the country were reported on Tuesday.
According to the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19, another 562 Kyrgyzstanis have cured of the infectious disease in the past day.
Thus, number of nationwide recoveries stands at 64,711.
Among the new cases identified, 10 are medical workers. A total of 3,910 medics contracted COVID-19 since the beginning of the pandemic, and 3,599 of them have recovered.
Over the past 24 hours, novel coronavirus claimed lives of 4 more patients: two in Osh Oblast, 1 in Chui Oblast, and 1 patient passed away in Talas Oblast.
A total of 1,275 Kyrgyzstanis died from the COVID-19 – the disease caused by the virus.
Currently, 2,636 patients with diagnosis of coronavirus infection are receiving treatment in hospitals, and 3,765 – at home.
Besides, 4,190 PCR analysis were carried out in Kyrgyzstan in the past day.
