Kyrgyzstan continues to purchase all the necessary devices for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with coronavirus infection COVID-19, head of the public health department of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic Ainura Akmatova told at a news briefing.
She said that over the past week 1,064 devices for artificial ventilation of the lungs and for oxygen therapy have been received. 191 pulse oximeters were also received, they were distributed in Bishkek, and 2000 pulse oximeters were received yesterday, which today will be distributed throughout Kyrgyzstan.
“At present, a tender has also been held for the purchase of 63 ventilators, 111 devices for oxygen therapy, which will be delivered in late July and early August,” Akmatova said.
