Kyrgyzstan could not enter top three at Futsal Tournament in Dushanbe

Bishkek, Jan.30, 2020./Kabar/. The national women’s futsal team of Kyrgyzstan finished its participation at the first U-19 Girl’s Futsal Championship 2020 of the Central Asian Football Association (CAFA), the press service of the Football Federation of Kyrgyzstan reported.

The tournament was held in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, with the participation of six teams.

In the first round, the Kyrgyz team met with players from Afghanistan, the game ended with a score of 3:0 in favor of domestic athletes.

In the second match, the girls lost to their Uzbek peers with 7:4.

Kyrgyzstanis earned three points by defeating the home team, Tajikistan with a score of 0:2.

In the fourth round, the Turkmen fitsal players won with 1:2.

On the final day, Kyrgyzstan held match against Iran, the championship favorites.

In four rounds, they conceded two goals and scored 50. In the last game they established their leading position - 0:2.

Thus, the Kyrgyz national team took fourth place.
